These terms apply when you visit nexoreya.com or use a Nexoreya demonstration or service. A separate written agreement may apply to paid or custom work.

Using the website and demonstrations
Use the website and demonstrations lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit information you do not have the right to share. Demonstrations are provided to help you understand possible service features; they may use fictional businesses, sample data or test systems.
AI and automation features
AI-generated responses and automated actions can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important information and confirming that an automated action, such as a booking, has been completed. Availability checks and booking requests depend on connected services and current data, and a request is not confirmed until the relevant system confirms it.
No medical or emergency service
Nexoreya's demonstrations and general-purpose AI or automation tools do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or emergency response. Do not use a demonstration for emergencies or submit real patient or health information unless we have separately agreed on appropriate safeguards and a suitable deployment.
Your content and connected accounts
You remain responsible for the information you submit and for having permission to connect any account or system. You authorize Nexoreya to access and process the information needed to provide the features you enable. You can disconnect an integration where the connected provider allows it.
Third-party services
Some features rely on services operated by others, including calendar, voice and automation providers. Those services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Nexoreya is not responsible for interruptions or changes in services it does not operate.
Intellectual property
Nexoreya and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, materials and software we provide. You may use them as intended through the website or service, but may not copy, resell or misuse them without permission. You retain rights to content you provide, while allowing us to use it as needed to deliver the service you request.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website and demonstrations useful, but features may change or be unavailable. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, users or systems.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and demonstrations are provided without a promise that they will always be available, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Nexoreya is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a demonstration or third-party service. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
