• For calendar automations, relevant Google Calendar information such as event dates and times, availability, and booking details needed to check, create, update or cancel appointments.
• For voice demonstrations or deployed voice agents, audio and related transcripts or call details processed to provide the requested experience.
• For connected business workflows, records passed through the systems you select, such as a calendar, customer-management tool or automation platform.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations and services, operate requested calendar and business workflows, troubleshoot issues, protect the website and improve its performance. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.

Google account and calendar data

If you connect a Google account, Nexoreya accesses only the Google data needed for the features you authorize, such as checking calendar availability or managing appointment events. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you request. We do not sell Google user data or use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Service providers and sharing

We may use service providers to host the website, provide analytics, process voice interactions, or run an automation you request. Depending on the service configuration, these providers may include Google, Retell AI and n8n. They process information to provide their services to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not otherwise share personal information except when you direct us to, when needed to provide a requested service, or when required by law.

Storage, retention and security

Information may be stored in the systems used to deliver your service, such as your connected calendar or business tools, and in limited service or automation logs. Retention depends on the settings of those systems and the purpose for which the information was collected. We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it to operate the service.

You can disconnect a Google account at any time in your Google Account security settings. You can also contact us to ask what information we hold or request correction or deletion. We may need to retain certain records where required by law or to resolve security or service issues.

Demonstrations and sensitive information

Some demonstrations use fictional businesses and sample data. Do not submit real patient, health, payment-card or other sensitive information through a demonstration unless we have separately agreed on suitable safeguards and a deployment designed for that purpose.
